CR Metal Products works hard to maintain a competitive benefit package. We recognize that one of the main reasons you work is to take good care of your family. The following is an overview of the main elements of our benefit plans. If you are considering an offer of employment, make sure you get a much more detailed description of each item below from Human Resources rather than relying on this synopsis:
  • 401k plan: Company maintains a 401K plan with a match that varies with company profitability.
  • Health Insurance: We utilize a PPO network to preserve the maximum amount of flexibility and options.
  • Section 125 Plan: You can set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for any out-of-pocket medical expenses, childcare/eldercare expenses, or group insurance premiums.
  • Life Insurance: The company provides a basic life insurance policy, and you may choose to buy additional coverage through our plans.
  • Long-term Disability Insurance: The company also provides a basic long-term disability policy, and many employees choose to buy additional coverage.
  • Tuition assistance: Employees, their children, and their grandchildren receive tuition assistance from CR Metal Products.
  • Dental plan: Available as a buy-up option through the Section 125 Plan described above.
  • Short-term disability: The company pays to keep your insurance and Section 125 contributions in force during your short-term disability, and short term salary-replacement coverage may be purchased as a buy-up option.
